A single-bay garage is naturally less expensive than a double-bay garage as it requires less space and materials. However, for customers needing additional storage or workspace, a double-bay model may prove more cost-effective in the long term. Single garages start from £3,903, whilst double garages start from £6,387. We also have 3-bay, 4-bay, and 5-bay garage options available. If you need something even larger, we can also accomodate. Please call for custom pricing for larger buildings.

For those preferring an open-fronted barn-style garage (what we call a Carriage House), single carriage prices begin at £4,511, and double carriage houses from £6,569.

In most cases, timber garages fall under permitted development and don't require planning permission. Larger or bespoke garages may need approval, which will add to the cost. If unsure, contact your local authority or consult Passmores. We've also published a blog about wooden garage planning permission here.
