We were recently contacted by Mr Berwick who showcased ingenuity and creativity with the way he has adapted his Passmores Carriage House. 

 

Mr Berwick purchased his Carriage House in 2019. He was looking for a quality timber frame garage that would stand the test of time. After scouring the internet, he settled on Passmores. Following a number of detailed conversations with our sales team, where we outlined the options and advised on Local Authority restrictions, he ordered one of our 3-Bay Carriage Houses.

 

We worked with Mr Berwick to build a garage that met his requirements, and once the plans had been approved, we agreed a delivery date and erected the building on his property including fitting an attractive clay-tiled roof. He has utilised his 3-Bay Carriage House for a garage, as a storage solution for his classic cars, as well as a functional workshop. With the installation of two sectional steel doors, insulation and an air-conditioning unit that provides both hot and cold air, the Carriage House was converted into a comfortable functional all year round structure. His current project is completely re-trimming an MGB GT.
