Frequently Asked Questions

All of our Equestrian Timber Buildings are constructed in our factory in Strood, Kent. Wall panels are built by hand in jigs for accuracy to ensure your structure goes together perfectly.

Once construction is complete, your building will be carefully loaded onto one of our flat bed lorries ready for delivery.

Delivery will be to your desired location, if specified it will be erected by our skilled installation team onto foundations provided by you.

Delivery and assembly times vary with seasonal workload but as a guide we quote between 4-6 weeks for delivery from the time of order.

As a guide, for a typical 2 no. 12' x 12' Loose Boxes plus 6' x 12' Tack Room unit we would allow 2 days on site for assembly depending on location.

Larger or more complicated "L" shape or "U" shape layouts will take longer.

We take impact on the environment very seriously which is why we source all of our timber from the forests of Northern Sweden where responsible forest management and sustainable harvesting practices are adhered to.

The timber used in our Equestrian buildings is sourced from FSC certified forests and can be traced back to it’s source.

For every tree that is harvested, two are planted, to ensure timber production remains healthy and is guaranteed for the future. You can read more here

All of our timber buildings delivered to the mainland UK, carry a 12-month warranty against faulty materials or workmanship.

Our buildings are built to last a lifetime and our Equestrian Buildings are easy to maintain to keep them looking great for years to come.

We recommend that overhanging branches and vegetation is cut back to prevent damage to the roof covering or external timber cladding, gutters should be regularly cleaned out to prevent a build-up of debris, Tack Room door hinges and the 3 lever lock should be oiled from time to time to keep these operating smoothly.

The inside of Loose Boxes should be kept as dry as possible and if you are using shavings for bedding we recommend that wet shavings are not allowed to pile up against the kickboards.
