Passmores has supplied high-quality prefabricated sports pavilions to clubs and organisations for well over 100 years. When our business first started, our main focus was building pavilions primarily for cricket, but we have since seen a surge in demand for other sports buildings, including tennis clubhouses, bowls clubhouses, and team changing rooms for football, rugby and hockey. We also provide changing room facilities for outdoor swimming pools for schools and private residences. 

Crafted in the UK by our team of specialists in Rochester, Kent, we combine premium-level design, energy-efficient joinery and latest timber treatment technology, to deliver a range of low maintenance, long-lasting timber pavilions. 

Our sports Club Range buildings are versatile and can also serve as local community and school sports pavilions, changing rooms and scout and guide huts. 

Our modular construction system will cater for the great majority of sporting requirements and our standard buildings meet the requirements of the National Lottery Sports Council, ECB and LTA. We can also give assistance on obtaining planning permission, provide drawings for Local Authority applications and advise on preparing the site for your new sports building. 

Pavilions are available in spans of 3.0m - 9.0m and come with 25 degree pitch roofs ready for felt or ready for slate.

The traditional appearance and longevity of our Club Range makes it the perfect choice. A timber building blends sympathetically with all environments and unlike brick, block or pre-cast construction, a Passmore Club Range will be inherently free from condensation and have natural insulation.

Virtually all the timber we use is sourced from the slow growing forests of Northern Sweden and our long term partnership with our FSC® Chain of Custody certified principle supplier Stenvalls Trä AB guarantees us consistently high quality and regularity of supply.

Whether your requirement is simply for an additional changing room or if you are in the market for a complete pavilion, retail outlet or Scout HQ a Passmore Club Range Building offers the scope and flexibility to cater for all situations.

We deliver Club Range buildings throughout the UK and into mainland Europe. Our timber buildings enjoy a high degree of craftsmanship in our factory and are supplied 100% complete including detailed packing lists, component labelling, spare materials and assembly instructions.

Passmores offers pavilion erection, roofing, insulation and internal lining services within our delivery zones 1 and 2 (see delivery map) and we are delighted to undertake as much or as little of the site work as you require. Quite often we erect the basic shell of the building leaving club members to deal with other aspects.

  • 25° pitch trussed rafter roof for multi-layer felt, slate or interlocking concrete tiles.

All our Timber Sport Pavilions and Club Houses are built to a precise modular design at our manufacturing centre in Strood, nr Rochester. Each building built is carefully hand and machine crafted with precision to ensure your structure has the perfect fit. Whether you have orders a Cricket Pavilion or a club house for your bowls or tennis club, we will deliver a premium timber building. 

Once your timber pavilion or club house is ready to leave our factory, it will be careful packaged and transported to your desired location where it will be erected by our skilled installation team. All buildings will require a firm concrete base to sit on. We will confirm that you have this in place before delivery.

Over the years, our installation and construction have become experts in their field. They are efficient and understand the most efficient way to erect your timber pavilion or clubhouse. We will discuss the timescale for your timber sports pavilion with you. 

We take impact on the environment very seriously. That is why we source all timber for our clubs and pavilion buildings ethically, from the forests of Northern Sweden. Every timber building can be traced back to it’s sourced location with our supplier, Stenvalls Trä AB, who ensure responsible forest management and adhere to the highest bio-diversity standards. All our timber pavilions and club houses that are delivered within the mainland, UK carry a 12-month warranty against faulty materials or workmanship.

Whist defects are rare, they do happen on the odd occasion. Normally any defect will show in the first few months of the building’s life as it settles onto its foundation, and we will be happy to repair it.
