Passmores Mr. Nice Guy and Louise King
Keen equestrians will be impressed with Passmore Mr. Nice Guy's progress in his first season.
Having arrived from Ireland in Aug 2008 and only ever hunted up until this point he could not even trot a circle in the school & his favourite pace was FAST!
Hours of schooling has since seen him placed in an area dressage qualifier as well as win a number of unaffiliated show jumping competitions.
Still in his rookie season and after jumping double clear in his first few BE outings he stepped up a level and went clear cross country (BE 100) with 1 unlucky show jump down and a very impressive dressage test at Iping in Sussex.
Passmores Mr. nice guy continues to improve gaining valuable BD points at Novice level in his first BD outing as well as getting placed in the individual & team BYRDS dressage show at Cobham Manor in this months open section.
In October the Passmore team travelled to an indoor Oliver Townend eventers challenge just for fun finishing 2nd in the 2’9’’ class being 1 of only 2 clears from a strong field and 6th in the 3'3'' which sees them qualify for the championship show in December at Aintree.
Plenty of BD planned over the winter months so watch this space.....
